seeing as there has been some discussion about Taxes in the EU and SPain in particular, I found this. The Spanish Government has clarified the position for non spanish vessels, and what taxes are applied, or not applied. Its very good news.

Yes, thanks for starting a new thread. I don't follow threads forever, it always seems that after 3-4 pages the subject is sufficiently distilled or completely off topic, so I would have missed it. Well, excepting guns, religion, and politics. They don't get stale.
