Pullmantur bankrupt first or the last?

Im curious about your thoughts about Pullmantur going bankrupt... do you think other CruiseLines will follow them if so, which?

I don't think you will find too many people here interested in a cruise line going out of business.

Cruisers Forum is about people sailing their own boats, not going on commercial ships as a passenger.

Well, on the upside, it will be one less cruise line that might run us over.

Re: Pullmantur bankrupt first or the last?

The Australian experience is that it would have been far less economically damaging to not have lock downs or border closures, charter all the cruise ships, empty all the old peoples homes onto them, subsidize free booze, and send them north to warm climates to cruise.

It may not have reduced the fatalities but they would die warm and happy and keep the cruise lines in business.
