OKAY!!!!!!!

I think we have a pretty good group wishing to attend on the 21st of Sept. Now I have written to those that haven't checked in lately. Asking for their input on where. Another thing to mention is if you have company, or kids. Bring them along too. It is not limited to just couples, or being a memeber of CF. Maybe you have someone on the next slip that would be fun too. My wife says the more the merrier. I am looking forward to meeting everyone.....John

OKAY!!!!!!!!

Looks like the 21st. in Green Cove Springs will be the deal. I am thinking of grilling chicken, and sausages. I am taking care of the grilling, and the meat. What will you contribute to the get together? This way we won't get 7 salads

Imagine2frolic,
Okay Sept. 21st, Where in Green Cove Springs? What time are we getting together? How many people are you anticipating, (14?) or more? We can make a Green Bean Salad, or a Pasta Salad, or Macoroni and Cheese. What did you envision as a menu? We have a Baptism at 9:00 A.M. in the morning, so we will be leaving after that ceremony.

Pesto and vino

How about a big pot of pasta in pesto sauce and a key lime pie, oh yeah a jug of wine.

Hope that sounds good.

Approximately how many people are we expecting?

I might bring some mango-avocado chutney so we can pretend we are in the Caribe and also a dessert and/or potato or pasta salad --- or whatever seems to be missing from the menu when we get some more input.

Cheers

Reynold's Park Yacht Center on Hiway 16 just south east of GCS's by a mile. I tried to bring up the site, but I am not getting a second screen. I would think we should eat around 2-5? Gives time for people to get home still a wee bit early.

By everybody speaking up now we can take a head count, so let's give the head count about another 10 days. I would guess about 14-20 at the most.

So far chutney, pesto, and a salad sound great. Remember make it easy on yourself in the kitchen. We have an oven, and microwave for reheating. There's a fridge, and I have a giant cooler for drinks.

HEY!!!!!!!! this is starting to sound like a party

Who's bringing the force field to keep Hurricanes away from your festivities? Wouldn't it make more sense to schedule this for sometime in November?

Yoda??????????????????

We came to the conclusion that we would like to meet now. Of course common sense will prevail, and if weather comes we can postpone until a later date. I know it's a heck of a drive for you, but come on up if you like. Every opne is welcome!!!!!!
