Most of the rest of the planet uses the date as day, month, year so 05 07 2008 for a large portion of the population reads the fifth day of the seventh month of the year 2008 which is correct for the information so like the much of this thread your statements are simply YOUR interpretations. I too am baffled as to the direction or relevance of this thread.
