More than one way to cut the land ties...

Minnesota couple Laurie and Jay Luck lost everything in the real estate market downturn, everything except a 40' sailboat. So, in November, they're heading down the Mississippi hoping to get to the Bahamas where they plan to host charter guests aboard their yacht.

Can anyone positively ID that double-ender model? I'd love to know the actual draft...
