Re: "Maidentrip" Opens in US

I remember when I crossed the Long Island sound in a sunfish. The police were waiting for me on my return with my father laughing the whole time cause I grew up in boats and sailing.

"Maidentrip" Opens in US

Great video of an impressive endeavor. Critics can even find something to respect about it. Ten times better than the Abby Sunderlund story. Matt Rutherford's story is better in a different way but you have to commit to reading it all.

Most interesting is what will Laura be doing ten years from now. She's got a bright future.

She is currently hanging out in the Northern California Redwoods after buying a car in New York for a cross country road trip, camping along the way.

Anyone know when Maidentrip will be released in France or what it might be called?

Jeune fille voyage or, premiere voyage, perhaps, depending on it's understanding of the word maiden.

Coops.

Re: "Maidentrip" Opens in US

Just watched it on Netflix and was very good considering the video onboard was not professionally done and plays somewhat like a home movie. A hell of a lot better than Robert Redford's "All is Lost" sinker. Hats off to her for a good movie and accomplishment.

Just watched it on Netflix, and I would like my daughter to see it. Problem is Netflix doesn't work in Europe without going through a U.S. based proxy and all that....
