Leo Wardrup Memorial Cape Charles Cup

Hello all,

A newbie here, and to sailing in general. I came across this event scheduled for August of this year on the lower Chesapeake. Does anyone have experience with this event?

I will be (and possibly my wife) looking to assist as crew on a boat for the experience. There seems to be a good number of boats in different classes that compete, historically, and ample opportunity to crew if interested.
