Hi friends, All who passed thru GCS Marina on the St.Johns River out of Jacksonville,Fla. will remember John who lived aboard the old steel Navy vessel "Mauri" on the mooring ball. I was told that this month he fell from his dinghy and was drowned, his body recovered 8 days later. A memorial service is to be held on March 3 at the old military docks at the marina.
