Hawaii's Director for Ocean Recreation Resigns

My experience with this fellow was absolutely terrible. Arrogant, obnoxious, demeaning and uncaring about the needs of sailboat owners. Enough people wrote the governor about him and his antics to finally make a difference.

Hopefully now there can be some needed repairs and improvements to Hawaii small boat harbors.

Good points for the Islands administration that they dumped the guy... oh pardon me... accepted his resignation... yeah right!
