Cruisers can help in the Rio Dulce

On our most recent visit to the Rio Dulce in Guatemala we had the most wonderful experience of our cruising to date. If any of you are heading for the River this season we highly recommend contacting Bryan and Riechelle of Jungle Medic fame. They can be contacted via VHF radio once in the Fronteras area. Accompanying them on one of their medical clinics to remote native villages is an experience you will never forget and you can give back to a country that is more than willing to make you welcome.
