Just got so get some passive cash flow in place to fund the trip!

What I need is some Proactive cash flow, my passive cash flow already comes and goes and goes at a fairly even flow.

ours is coming from Real Estate rentals. I know in a lot of communities that is is a scary proposition, but here in Fort Collins CO things are pretty stable.

Hopefully that remains to be the case
