Wow! Really sad.

In retrospect one will have to wonder if opening the engine compartment didn't provide the fuel (more oxygen) to make the small fire big. Also have to wonder why a 65' Hatteras did not have a fire suppression system in the engine compartment (or maybe it did not work?)?

Fortunately no one was hurt. The boat can be replaced.
