Bit of a pity that the Colombians are not near as effective with drug smugglers.

Call me an frustrated old politician if you must but my rusty old geography puts Columbia in South America and if that is so his problem is not breaking the law by people smuggling but overlooking his obligation to pay someone for the right to get away with it.
