Annapolis power boat show

Boat show is coming up next week. I was looking at the website and see where they have a "Brokerage Cove" set up.
Is this something fairly new? I haven't been in 7-8 years and plan to go this year and check out the cove as we are thinking about a new (used) boat in the spring.
I've been 5-6 times over the years, both power and sail and don't recall seeing this. It's just upstream from the bridge on the same side.

It's new within the past 5 or 6 years. My understanding is that sellers have to pay for the privilege to show their boats there so it ends up being mostly bigger/pricier boats and usually not a huge quantity.

They have now posted the boats that will be showing there. It's a pretty decent list, unfortunately, it doesn't look like they have much that we would be interested in. Still worth the effort to go and meet a few brokers that may have other boats we would like to see.

I think its the 3rd Annual powerboat brokerage show, and the 4th Annual sailboat brokerage show. Or maybe it's the other way around...

The water taxi runs back a forth from the main show over to "Brokerage Cove", so it's easy enough to get there from here once you're at the show...
