SIMRAD 4G radar base
I am trying to locate a base and possibly a dome for a SIMRAD 4G radar unit. SIMRAD states that they never manufactured any replacement bases and only a small number of domes. Yesterday the base on my unit shattered into dozens of pieces on a routine tack. I have spoken to SIMRAD and been all over the internet including eBay to no avail. The electronics still work fine. Just need base and possibly the dome. Does anyone have an old one sitting in their garage that I could acquire? Has anyone experienced a similar event as mine?
