MSIE 11 Scroll bars don't work for CF?

For ages now...I'm using Win7/64, fully patched, and MSIE11, fully patched, and if I click in the scroll bar I can scroll down any web page. Except, in CF the scroll bar doesn't work. Oh, I can click on the slider and drag the forum view up or down THAT way, which is how I've been making do.

But there's something broken, HERE, that makes the scroll bars themselves inoperative. And yes, if I open another window to another web site, those same scroll bars work just fine everyplace else.

Now, maybe my security settings are blocking some active technology that only CF is using....I wouldn't think so. But guys? The elevator doesn't work, I'm tired of taking the stairs!

Come on now, it makes CF look like it is run by hooligans that couldn't bother taking a shower and a shave before clearing into port.

FWIW, I use two W7 machines (one "Pro" and one "Ultimate"), both 64-bit, and IE11, all fully patched...

No problems with scroll bars here on CF.

But of course some times the Line Feed function doesn't work in the Quick Reply box (like while creating this reply), and sometimes (often) the editor provides an extra LF between paras.
