iPad problem

I normally use the app, now it won't open on my iPad but works fine on my iPhone. Is this a app or iPad problem? Thank you for any help

Try deleting and reinstalling it.

I have never had a problem with mine, but I don't use the app either....

...what advantage does the app have?

I'll try that, all it does now is have the loading icon until it times out. Not sure of any advantages if any, I can post pics with the app & being a lo-tech type guy that's a +.

Every so often the iPad needs a reboot. First close all apps, then turn on airplane mode then turn it off. Wait a few seconds, turn it on and take it off airplane.

I have found this solves many app response issues.
