the forum is not the same looks more like news group, like no frames it doesn't look like html just look like a list, thats in firefox and tried explorer and same look, changed nothing,all other forums i go to good this one is screwed up somehow

No other member has reported anything similar, and the site is appearing normally for me - are you sure you aren't having computer problems?
