I lost my MapSource BlueChart Software Atlantic Cd version 6.13.5/6.
Garmin does not give any support and I did not find any used one on eBay .
What can I do ?

What Garmin is wanting you to do, buy a new one.
Sorry but when they pull support, and you can’t find used, that’s about it.

Probably. I threw mine away long-long time ago. Others must have done the same.

I actually still use my Mapsource software for my 376c, preferring it over the newer Homeport & Basecamp software. The 376 came with no mapping, so I don't even think I can use the new software. If that's the case I would probably try & contact sellers of the 376 and similar units on eBay and inquire whether they still might have an unlocked copy of a Bluechart CD they could sell you.
