Deleting a Post ?

Hi I would like to delete the thread I posted on behalf of a french speaking friend, in the Crew Exchange forum, because I posted his email address in an unsafe way.
It seems impossible to do so? Who can? A moderator?

you can delete stuff in a post using the edit button,but this only works for the 1st 30 mins.

sugest you be more specific about the heading of the thread,and a mod will delete it for you.

Thread was posted on 08/08 and the tile:
"Crew wanted: Do you want to flaot in hte Med? She-sailor wanted for european cruising"

So if it could be deleted? I will then repost without the readable email address.

I'll see if I can find it. The most reliable way to ensure a mod hears your call is to report the post you need editing. Do this by hitting the red triangle to the left of each post. That way, we also have a link back to the post concerned

Goudurix - I've deleted the email address and substituted language directing those interested to comtact you via PM. You can decide whether or not to give anyone who does so your friend's email address.
