CF web pages causing problems on Mac/Safari

Hi,

CF is the only site I've come across which sometimes makes Safari (on Mac) go into a tailspin. Some pages produce an error and force a reload of the page. Sometimes this ends up endlessly repeating.

Here's an example page that just caused that behavior:

I suspect ads, but beyond that don't know what is going on.

Any clues / tips?

Thank you for the tips. I will definitely try different browsers next time it happens again. For the record, I don't use ad blockers.
