cannot see 1st message

I just posted my first message, about a Westerly boat I am looking at.



But I do not see it anywhere? Do I need to get permission first, or did I do something wrong?

Hi, Hans,

If you remember which forum you put it in, go check that--I think I saw the post, so i'm sure it's around somewhere.

If, when you joined CF, you configured your computer to automatically subscribe to threads in which you post, then you could go look at "Subscribed Threads," under the CP menu (near the top of the page in the dark blue band).

You ARE responsible to know the posting rules. If you included a link to a for profit outside site, that would benefit you, your post may have been deleted. The Community Rules are accessed by the bottom dark blue stripe, there is a button to click there, on most pages.

Finally, if you go to New Posts, and click there, it will show up again when someone posts to it.

In the mean time, good luck with it all.

Yes I searched, it was literally in the last hour or so.

It did have links to the ad of the boat I'm asking for people to comment on but I am a prospective buyer not the seller.

Maybe an admin person thought I was spamming?

Could someone message them to see?

I spent lots of time on the message but did not keep a copy (sad)

I checked your posts and it isn't there. You probably didn't actually post the entry.

If you left click on your name on any of your posts you get a drop down box. One of the entries is to find more posts by you. If you click on that it will show you your posts.
