Annoying video ad audio

Several times today I've gone into threads and after a short time a video ad has started automatically playing and hear the audio.

As I'm in Sweden, the ads are Swedish. I've noticed this on a few Swedish sites this happens but now they are branching out it seem.

I generally don't care about the ads, but when they come in the form or auto playing video and worse audio, that makes me angry as it is not a good for people who have limited data internet plans and you should not have unexpected sounds starting

I assume that this is a "google ads" or similar thing but maybe the forum can put limitations on what kind of ads are displayed?

I'm assuming you have 'adblock' or something similar installed? The regular embedded ads; Solbian, Mantus, etc. show up, but not those targeted google ads that are selling you needle point accessories after Aunt Martha used your computer.
