After being in Florida on a fact finding mission it looks as if my old friend real estate will be coming into my life. I see so much money there that all I need to do is pick it up with a shovel. I did see many boats just sitting there with for sale signs on them. I'm sure that there are deals on some of them but it would be hard to make $50000. a deal on a boat. Kewl! I know what I'm going to do.
