WTB: Existing Charter Business

Hi there -

I'm looking to buy an existing cat that has an ongoing charter business. Have already visited the "usual suspects" and am looking to deal direct with a couple that's maybe tired of it and ready to move on to something else. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

I am sure this was implied but you might want to qualify that with 'successful'.

We have a 60ft monohull for sale in the USVI. It is a very well established charter business and we have spent a lot of time and money building the business into a successful and profitable way to enjoy the splendor of these islands. Email me at mike (at) rogueprojex dot com if you are interested.

Have you done a search on line using the news paper classifieds? Here is a link to most of them Caribbean News -

When I left the Virgin Islands last month, I know I viewed more than a dozen "Turn Key Charter Boat" businesses for sale in just the Virgin Islands. At the time, I had a feeling that singular fact was an important indicator and a note of caution needed to be taken.

I also know of a guy that may be interested in selling a charter air service business but he changes his mind frequently.

Another thought... be sure of the transferability of business license and possibly residency restrictions in some locations such as BVI
