MP&E Project Coordinator in C.I.

General Contractor requires Mechanical, Plumbing & Electrical Project Coordinator, for a large multi-building school project in the Cayman Islands.
EXCELLENT salary & per diem.
Project duration about 22 months - possibility of additional projects (permanent?).
Start within 30 days (or so).
After much torturous soul-searching, I had to decline for personal reasons, but can recommend this first rate company.
Qualified & interested parties PM me for more info'.

These new schools are a rebuilt John Gray High in George Town, Beulah Smith High in West Bay, and Clifton Hunter in Frank Sound.

What, nobody wants to pay for a cruising boat, out of 22 months savings?
This is an exceptional job.

Steve:

The job involves construction scheduling, coordination of trade sub-contractors (electrical, plumbing, & HVAC), quality control, and contract administration, for the General Contractor.

Regards,
Gord

Hi Gord,
Is this really that good.
Ive been a Ch/Eng , Regional and VP in Hotels for the last 25 years.
Presently just finishing a small 5 star in Kashmir as( for the first time) Project Manager I/C
But, might even think of something like this. Be a great way to spend the next couple of years before settling in the med.
Any more details ??
Steve
