In 1968, Our Honeymoon journey began a most amazing adventure.
Overland through the mother of humanity.
AFRICA
During her most violent, confused times.
Next Adventure, Australia
Where we built a sailboat and became a family.
After that,
Around the world in ever-increasing circles with our sons
We called them voyages of education
Our life for 16 years
A lot of tough miles and hard lessons
reaped a boatload of fabulous deeds and
lively stories from around the good Earth, mother of all life.
After hundreds of thousands of miles by sail with our sons,
we stopped to establish a base.
After doing that,
Jack and Jude set sail again.
Around Australia, a few times.
And that took us deep into the Coral Sea yet again.
This time to search for the lost French frigate Duroc.
And Now,
These last six summers, Tasmania has taken our fancy.
