I’m interested in purchasing a 35’ Cal. The boat for the most part the boat looks good with the exception of a few things, including some cosmetic work. However, the biggest concern that I have that is making me a little skeptical is that the boat has not been out of the water for 12 years. I will have the boat inspected/surveyed by a certified person. What is your input about a boat that has not been out of the water for that long? Do you guys think the hull will be damaged beyond repair? I’m assuming the only way the surveyor will be able to detect any damage to the hull is by having the boat taken out of the water. Is that correct? Up to this point, that is the only issue with that boat. I don’t know how long the fiberglass can hold without taking it out of the water for service. Your experience and input would be highly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your kind help. God bless.
