Route planning North Atlantic E to W

Hi, long time since last post and much water under the keel.

Am I too late to sail the high north Atlantic route from Scotland to Nova Scotia or is a crossing still feasible? Also I would appreciate web sites where I can do further reading especially any logs of newly completed passages.

Thanks guys and good winds.
