I will be in Mexico Jan 15/ 20 for a 2month period just outside Porto Vallarta
I am an older chap ( French ) wanting to buy a sail boat to keep for a few years
Due to my age,I also have health issues that may shorten my sailing days.

For that reason I must keep my expense at a minimum including any
