That is my absolute dream boat. Seems like a very fair price.

I've also just added a video. Shot by quadcopter of course.

Forgot about the new 2014 6HP mercery outboard! I've added that in as well.

Man, killing me with this boat... I'm in California and am just gushing over that boat. I'm going to be in Half Moon Bay until Monday. Any chance you might be up for a showing? PM me and I can give you my phone number.

Thanks for the visit Corey!

Folks, I had some time to snap photos of the engine today as well. There are more on her website (www.beneteau430-rhea.com). She's looking pretty!

Nice boat, great deal, and very nicely presented. Good luck with your sale; will be a bargain for someone.

Thanks guys! Interest has been very strong but she hasn't been secured yet.

If anyone out there is waiting to act, it would be best to act soon!

Yes- sellers pay attention. Properly cleaning and staging your boat makes a world of difference. Last summer we sold our Luders 33 in 18 hours from posting on sailboat listing, i believe because I had lots of nice pictures and had emptied and cleaned boat before taking pictures. It really takes only 3-4 hours to properly do it but makes world of difference.

That boat will sell quickly. Foot traffic matters.

Re: - - - - - Beautiful Beneteau Oceanis 430 - - - -

In my search for the perfect next boat, the B430 is the ideal design for my family. I've looked at several worldwide, and yours is spectacular.

We don't have the cash for your beautiful specimen, which is by far the best example, and best value, available in the world- take my word, I know. So we have to buy lesser and put in sweat equity.

I must ask- how did you get the motor so cosmetically perfect? I see little of the normal external damage from salt air and use. Also, can you comment on the decks? B430s are known to have water-logged decks. And finally, what did you do about the headliners?

Your photography is spectacular...only wish we could afford yours!

Re: - - - - - Beautiful Beneteau Oceanis 430 - - - -

Thanks Telepare! I wish you did have the financial backing to pick her up because I bet you'd appreciate her as much as I have.

Keeping the engines looking good is easy!
- Step1: Sail more and don't use it. Rhea has 1100hrs on the engine which only works out to 50 hours/year of use.
- Step2: Watch where you spill saltwater specially when swapping impellers/etc.
- Step3: CRC corrosion protection seems to be a pretty good product too. Its cheap, abundant and effective.

I've found no issues with the decks being spongy or any issues with the headliner. Never heard of anyone ever having any issues with bene decks either.....and I was aboard some very salty beneteaus of the same vintage in Tahiti.

Re: - - - - - Beautiful Beneteau Oceanis 430 - - - -

Your suggestion for using CRC is embarrassing, as I use it on guns...never thought to use it on boats! Thanks for that.

Your deck is dry? That would be worth a fortune! All of the B430s I've seen have water damage due to water intrusion via the deck fittings.

You're killing me. Hope somebody with a bit more cash than me jumps on this now!
