Need recommendation for yard in Seattle area

We just purchased a Yankee 38 that has been moored in Lake Union. We need a yard to do maintenance work and neglected cleanup. Any recommendations?

Try Donatos, there in Lake Union by gas works. Not sure if you can work on your own!

Canal was, (is?) the only non-full service yard that will let you work on your boat in the the lake. For full service Dunoatos, CSR as above are great.
