Group order Winston Cells to USA / Caribbean

Hi, I will be ordering some Winston cells through Authorized sales representative of Thunder Sky Winston Battery Limited very soon. They will be shipped by boat to Miami and then forwarded to Saint Martin in the Caribbean.
If anybody is keen to order some as well and share the shipping costs please contact me. You would be dealing with the supplier for payment and organise delivery.
Cost for 3.2V cells is $1 per 1Ah eg. for 400Ah cells, you need 4x to make a 12V battery = $1600 + shipping. They can also supply compression straps and connector bridges.
You will need to source your own BMS and install everything yourself.
I will get the REC ABMS.

These don't look like the right batteries.

Not sure where you read this. I read 3.2V cells on the 400Ah specs.

2.8V is the low voltage cut off setpoint for cell protection, you can go higher to 2.9V or even 3.0V if you want to. 4.0V is the highest allowed voltage (initialization of the brand new cell) , cell is fully charged at 3.65V (stop charge), I would set over voltage protection to 3.75V to allow some play for balancing.
