Re: Norfolk Virginia to Halifax, Nova Scotia

Hey

I'm 50 fit and healthy (race kayaks and work out regularly) regularly crew on a J35 out of Halifax for the summer racing season, pit, and mast man, with a bit of bowman experience, learning as I go.

Been boating for 50 years, mostly Great lakes including lots of captaining 40'-65' deliveries and moves across Superior. (We brokered Yachts for 30 years)

Started Sailing 5 years ago, have ASA 101, 103, 104, 114 certs

Captained 3 Caribbean week sails around Antigua, BVI, etc on 45' cat with 3 first time boaters.

Easygoing, unflappable and reliable under pressure... No crazy hangups or issues :-)

Got a good handle on mechanical and electrical systems and maintenance.

Limited offshore experience, and still learning the finer points of sailing and will be forever I think :-)

Learn quick and would love some offshore experience.

Ping me if I fit.
