New procedures for checking in to Indonesia

Hello everyone,
So I have filled in the online form for advanced notification of arrival in Indonesia and submitted it. Now I am wondering what is their modus operandi? Do they send me a confirmation email? When I log back into the system will the details of the boat, destinations, etc be back again because at the moment most of the pages have disappeared except the personal details page at the beginning. So if someone who has recently dealt with the online system can enlighten me as to it's inner workings I would be eternally grateful, because this is my last internet connection before I leave ,hopefully, for Indonesia. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.
