Unhappy Bavaria 42 (2000) water tank
My B42 forward water tank under the V berth has a black inspection opening middle top. It screws on. And it leaks lots when I fill the tank to top level.

It seem to have a groove for an "O" ring to stop the leaking but it does not have a ring.

Seems like something is missing? Any clues please.
