Fiji to New Zealand late October on Outremer 55L
We are a couple who will be delivering our catamaran from western Fiji to New Zealand and are looking for one or two people to join us for the passage. We are planning to depart in the right weather window any day after 22 October.
The boat is fully equipped for ocean sailing and provisioned for the passage. One or two private cabins are available with bedding and towels, sharing the head in that hull. Crew are responsible for their own travel arrangements and their personal snacks/drinks, sailing gear, and medications.
We expect some sailing experience as you will be standing watches on your own. You also need to be able to legally enter New Zealand.
If interested, PM me with your contact information.

If only... this would be an awesome trip but time off work would kill it for me.
Good luck!

Re: Fiji to New Zealand late October on Outremer 55L
Hi Travis is my name. I am Kiwi and a confident sailor. I am unfortunately sailing in the Whitsundays from October 29 so wondering if you could brine your dates forward???
I know the Bay of Islands (Russel, Opua) very well. Aslo I live and sail in Auckland.
I have all the sailing gear and would love to sail with you.

Light. There is a standard version that is 80 (or maybe 60) cm wider between the hulls, so has a bigger salon and 1 ton more weight.

To explain, the boat isn't dry on passage, but that basically means one drink per day and no getting disorientated.
The main boat provisioning doesn't depend on number of people on board and is done for the passage. Personal specialty food, snacks and drinks are each crew's responsibility.
