Repair teak plywood delamination

There is a curved piece of teak laminated plywood that has water damage. I have repaired the leak that caused it. (at least I hope so)

It has teak hardwood trim strips at the top and the bottom, so I think I can pull it down and put it back up with the strips covering any minor damage from the repair (if any)

My plan is to pull it down. Steam the laminate to make it pliable so it doesn't crack as I pull it into shape, use a large gauge syringe to put glue deeply into the delamination and clamp.

Thoughts? Experiences?

Thank you

Compressed air also helps to distribute the adhesive. If you can find out what sort of adhesive was used originally , use something compatible.

I replaced it with Home Depot luxury vinyl floor planks, most people don't notice, and it will never rot again.
