If it is not too much of a problem photos of the engine, aft cabin, cockpit/helm, nav station, and solar array.

I assume the engine is original?

How many hours on the genset?

When would you be available for a showing? I can be available Thursday - Saturday between 9:30am and 2pm preferably.

Bit of background: 53 year old, airline pilot, wife and I looking for boat as new empty-nesters for weekend getaways and future travels. Panama City is likely our best mooring location so that is a plus. I am really looking for an Oceanis CC for the comfortable aft cabin and a bit newer model but your boat looks very nice and well-equipped.

What needs attention on the boat at this present time?
