Greetings all, been reading this forum for over a year and finally decided to join up. I have been a liveaboard for years, started out in the Great Lakes, been in Texas since'03, when I purchased this boat in a nearly derelict state. At long last, it is finally seaworthy and sailing and I am getting ready to resume travelling in between jobs.

Fine boat !! we sailed a Colvin just like this for over 25 yrs ! loved it, we bilt it in Nor Cal and sailed it everywhere! ended up in Louisiana, sold it 6 yrs ago and it's still sailin she's now back in the Pacific. ya got the best !! hope ya enjoy it as much as we did ours !! We are still in Louisiana, now with a ketch! hope to see ya out there !!!

I will post some good sailing pictures here shortly, still learning my way around this site as a user and not just a reader. Bobconnie, I would enjoy a long chat with you sometime, I have never had the opportunity to talk with anyone who has sailed a Gazelle other than Tom Colvin. Just spent 2 weeks in Morgan City LA, sailed back to Texas last saturday because I was getting nervous about the proximity of Isaac.
