I like the app called hurricane software. It notifies you whenever there's a storm in the area you selected. And it's free

Check out this site. It has the track models and other good stuff.

The tracks look different to the NHC come you have

Re: HURRICANE WATCH - La Paz and Cabo

unless 15 e has rapidly intensified in the past 2 hours, it is only going to be a ts when it gently annoys cabo and la paz. damn sky is not yet falling.
19-21 named storms form on this coast annually.
a ts aint gonna even screw up sailing.
geez.

\might wanna put your glasses back on then read.
as for expired and forgotten td15, rapid intensification happened off cabo corrientes yet again. as with odile.
nhc predictions did not include that phenomenon, as they rarely do.
as forthe snarky response of sfbaydude, "SF Bay Dude

as i stated, UNLESS THERE HAS BEEN RAPID INTENSIFICATION .yada yada--- i gather you are not in the habit of actually reading complete sentences. might wanna start. as most of the forming storms on this coast have a tendency to intensify rapidly off cabo corrientes, it is something to always concern one's self with, especially as one is supposedly sailing west coast mexico.
when i was 7 yrs old and beginning sailing, we, my younger brother and i, were advised that if we didnt know what the weather is, has been and is going to be, we donot belong on the water.
by the time i was 8 i was reading weather map graghics in the local newspaper daily.
now i advise FRIENDS about their impending doom as i see the storms coming potentially toward them.
those who donot appreciate the words spoken as they are spoken and who donot feel it important to know what is headed towards them donot need to heed.
those who do not know what the phrases actually mean should research some more the terminology used in the predicting and tracking of these storms.

Re: HURRICANE WATCH - La Paz and Cabo

When you are in the delivery business up and down the west coast, it becomes like your home neighborhood. You know that if the trash cans are blowing down the lane, wait a day and you will be playing stick ball!
There are a bijillion places to duck into, and time is money so the owner wants his vessel at B and you are at A, so move it.
Folks waiting for their vessel don't seem to care or understand weather delays or gear breakage, they hire you to get their boat where they want it yesterday.
Be sensible, be careful and be on time. 'nuff said! Phil
