Adventure Sails Leopard 48 for sale

I would like some advice regarding selling our sailing company inc leopard 48.
We have operated our luxury charter business for 10 years.
Now it's time to sail off into the sunset.
Adventure Sails operates in Melbourne Australia for Xmas functions, then sails to Sydney for NYE on the harbour. Also in the Great Barrier Reef for winter.
The leopard has just turned 2 years old, with a build date 2015
We carry 45 pax plus crew, the 2 cockpits have enabled us to carry this amount of passengers. The boat was constructed to get into this stringent survey requirements, having watertight compartments and massive pumping and fire systems etc etc.
We have liquour licences and permits etc etc to operate through out Australia

Yachthub.com is a popular site which has a specific category for Charter vessels but it would be advisable to also list it in the Sail Catamaran 41 - 50 foot category as well.
