If you're looking for the best performance cruiser in this range

Crealock 37s are nice enough boats, but with a PHRF rating of 174 it is a bit presumptuous to call them "performance cruisers". Oh, sure,they perform... just a bit slowly!

But that doesn't matter to some, and they are nice, conservative boats, and many have made fine voyages. Perhaps the price seems a bit high and that explains the slow sale.
