2000 Pacific Seacraft 37 Voyagemaker - $150k

VERY MOTIVATED SELLER! MAKE AN OFFER!

Designed by the highly regarded Bill Crealock and built by the reputable Pacific Seacraft, this solid boat will safely and comfortably sail you across the bay or around the world. This is no less than the Voyagemaker edition with lines led aft to the cockpit for single-handing, the dutchman flaking system, and a dutchman boom brake just to name a few of the upgrades that will give you complete control of this fine vessel.

This particular boat has been meticulously maintained and comes with all the spares and parts you could wish for, from offshore life jackets to filters to the Adventure Marine Medical Kit 2000 to the fully loaded ditch bag and life raft and plenty more! You'll find the brightly varnished teak interior to be much more welcoming and inviting than oiled interiors.

If you're looking for the best performance cruiser in this range, you've found it, but don't delay, come take a look for yourself! Be warned though, once you lay eyes on her, you won't be able to walk away.

This boat is priced below appraisal, and buyer's brokers are welcome.

Odd it is not priced aggressively, do they want to sell it?

If you're looking for the best performance cruiser in this range
Crealock 37s are nice enough boats, but with a PHRF rating of 174 it is a bit presumptuous to call them "performance cruisers". Oh, sure, they perform... just a bit slowly!

But that doesn't matter to some, and they are nice, conservative boats, and many have made fine voyages. Perhaps the price seems a bit high and that explains the slow sale.
