Lagoon 380 sail track worn.

The headboard car on my L380 S1 appears to have worn itself and the sail track at full sail height. The Toulon balls have worn the mast track & headboard where it sits while sailing. The balls are escaping.

I believe the sail track is Z Spar R25/3 and the headboard is 3489ATX

One option I can see is remove the mast and end for end the sail track with a new headboard and balls this would give me a new wear spot. The worn area would be between the first and second cars.

Any one else had this problem......any other ideas.

Currently at Airlie Beach North QLD
