It's over your budget but if I were in the market for a comfortable, nice boat between 34-38' the Islander Freeport 36 would be my choice.

I think if you are going to get that in less than 1yr you will be lucky.

Since you are in Spain I assume that's 20K Euros.
There is a 1973 Kirk 36 in Italy for 23K.

Yeah, it's not where you want it, and it's older than you want,

IBut, i's not very far from where you're at,
and it really is a cruising boat.

Looks likes it's got a lot of cruising gear on it, though I'd want to look at all that stuff to determine if it's worn out.
