1971 Morgan 30 window replacement

Hello, I have a 1971 classic Morgon 30 that needs the windows replaced. Currently it has the original thick black rubber seal with the window itself in the middle. I'm looking for any ideas on the best way to go about replacing them. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions to share that would be great.

Can you hear the crickets? We're trying to do the same with our 28OI, but so far no luck! Some have suggested Lexan sheets screwed through the hull with wood trim inside to cover the raw edges. Others have suggested different brands of opening portlights (e.g.: newfound metals, etc...).

Plexiglas is a better choice than Lexan. Lexan (polycarbonate) scratches easily and will craze after a few years. Plexiglas (acrylic) will last a lot longer and is more scratch resistant.
