Re: New to the forum - Catamaran Sailors

New to forum:

I am in hopes of starting a new adventure, coming close to retirement and chasing my dream of sailing the Bahamas for an extended period of Time. We currently own an S2 11 meter sailboat and are looking to purchase a catamaran for a more relaxed life style. We found one that might be in our budget but it has a bad sail drive. I am looking for advise on how much a typical repair would cost so that I can better figure out the price that I could offer for the boat. The boat is a 37 foot Prout Snowgoose with a Sonic Silette saildrive.
