Surveyor Recommendation - Annapolis

We might have a lead on a cat in Annapolis - does anyone have a recommendation for a surveyor? I've pulled the listings from AMS but it would be nice to have some recommendations.

I just used Will Stahlgren with Fred Wise Yacht Survey Wiseyacht.com to survey a 55' catamaran in Georgetown and was quite satisfied with his work. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and a fountain of information. They have the largest travel lift in the Chessapeake in Georgetown, so they see a lot of cats.

We had a very good experience with Karen Alt. The boat was a Fountaine Pajot 43. She found quite a few problems -- including hull delamination -- and the seller would not budge. We didn't buy the boat and it's still on the market a year later. I think she saved us a lot of heartache and money.
