Suunto Compass Installation?

I have a Suunto F135 compass with 4 small ga. wires. I do not have installation instructions. Any suggestions as to what those wires connect to? And anyway to distinguish between the four?
Thanks

Re: Suunto Compass Installation?

They are for the lights for night sailing. If it's the standard DC wiring, black will be the ground side and the other colors (red is standard for the plus side but other colors used) are the hot side of the lights.

For some stupid reason AC wiring is ass backward with Black as the hot side, White as the ground, and Green as the safety ground.
