Pearson Rub Rail

I recently purchased a 1988 31 ft Pearson sailboat. The rubrail is constructed like a fiberglass support covered by an aluminum rail. The fiberglass has been broken in an obvious hard docking. Has anyone done a repair like this? Are there Pearson rubrail parts available? Any help would be appreciated.

Try Taco Marine or Integrity Marine. I’ve been searching for the insert for my ‘73’ Ericson 27. It has been a challenge for sure

Call R & D Marine. Ask for Rudy.... he use to work for pearson. He has access to all sorts of parts. I got my replacement run rail from them for my last boat which was a 1986 pearson 36-2.
